2018 Spring Beauty Favorites – Mrs. Bishop

*Disclosure- some of these products were sent to me as PR, others I purchased with my own money. All opinions are my own.*

I have not done a favorites round up for what feels like FOREVER. And since we’ve been hit with an allergy bug over here, I’ve had plenty of time to put my list together for you. I may even try to go in to a little more detail in a video in the near future- so stay tuned!lorac-mega-pro-4My Hubby surprised me with the Lorac Mega PRO 4 Palette for Christmas (without me even prompting him!) and I love it more and more each time I use it. The colors in this palette work especially well for Spring. It has the perfect mix of matte and shimmery colors that enable me to put together an endless amount of looks. “Flamingo’ has been a transition favorite and ‘Foam’ has been my holy grail highlight.

the-healthy-foundation

The Healthy Foundation from Physician Formula (I use LW2) has been a welcome addition to my collection. It has just enough coverage to cover my blemishes, but my natural skin shows through- looking healthy and bright. I actually like the wand, so I can spread the product evenly around my face. Then I use a beauty sponge to press it around my skin, and it looks so natural and effortless. I’ll be reaching for this product for the foreseeable future!

pixi-liner-duoThe new Pixi Pretties collaboration with Weylie Houng is gorgeous! And this Eye Liner Duo is perfection. The liquid liner tip creates a flawless cat eye, even if you’re a spaz at liner like I am. It stays in place ALL day. I had to use 2 makeup removers to get it off, but if you’re sporting a cat-eye, that’s what you want. It comes with a beautiful eye palette as well. If you’re looking for a new liner, this is all you need!

almay-higlighting-duoAlmay has re-branded recently, and their new products are amazing. I have been using this Highlighting Duo in ‘Pop it On’ and it is the perfect way to get a glow- even on the go! Since I’m Winter pale right now, I’ve been using the stick end to bronze up my face. Even on minimal-makeup days. It gives me a healthy looking, sun kissed glow. And if I need an extra dose of shimmer, the liquid end gives me just what I need.

moodstruck-epic-mascaraA friend of mine introduced me to this Younique Moodstruck Epic Mascara, and I’m hooked! My lashes have NEVER looked better. When I want an in your face, glam eye look, I reach for this. I’ve been testing it out to see if it’s safe for even my sensitive eyes, and it hasn’t seemed to bother me at all. It almost looks like falsies when I wear it, and I’ll definitely have to look into some more of Younique’s products! Check out my friend Brittany’s Younique page if you want to give this epic mascara (or any of their other products) a try!

eye-depuffer

Raise your hand if you don’t get enough sleep. Or look like a zombie in the morning. I’ll wait. Mom’s of the world, you need this. Physician’s Formula hit it out of the park with this Refreshmint Cucumber and Bamboo Eye Depuffer! I see immediate results when I use it, which is not true about anything else in the world. This needs to be in every tired woman’s regimen.

Chloe_Palette-ChloetteThis Palette Chloette from Pixi and Chloe Morello has the most beautiful pink blush shades- all of them perfect for the Spring (and Summer) months. I’ve been using the blush shades so much that I haven’t even tried the shadows yet. I also like the brow palette at bottom for quick fill ins. Great to travel with, because you get face, eyes, and brows all in one!

Have you tried any of these products? What are you loving for Spring? Now if only the Indiana weather would cooperate!
