On this week’s Mommy Monday, I want to share with you my favorite “Mom” books that I’ve read over the past year. Share these books with the Momma’s in your life who need some encouragement.

Longing For Paris by Sarah Mae. You can check out my review of this book from last month. It’s a wonderful book about finding the beauty in the everyday and savoring your life. A must-read this year, especially for Mom’s (it releases August 4th, but if you pre-order it you can download the PDF now). I *may* just be giving a copy of this away next month ::hint hint::

For the Love by Jen Hatmaker. I will be doing a more in depth review of this next month, when the book is released (August 18). It is hilarious and heartfelt, a handbook on giving yourself some grace and will have you laughing and crying over and over again. Great for any woman, any age and any stage of life.

""

Own Your Life by Sally Clarkson. I love Sally- she is a great encouragement to Mom’s. I was first introduced to her when I read Desperate (Sarah Mae co-wrote this as well). And I fell in love with her writing. In this book she is teaching us how to live our lives and share our faith and be the best version of ourselves.

""

Bloom by Kelle Hampton. ""This is a memoir of a woman who has a daughter with Down Syndrome. I love this book, because she doesn’t hold back. She shares exactly how she’s feeling and it feels like you’re right there with her. Heart-wrenching and real- a great memoir.

""""

Carry on Warrior by Glennon Doyle Melton. A raw look at her life, through humor and grace she recounts her struggles as an addict, and talks of faith, forgiveness, and love. She’s a little crazy, in the best way. You will be cracking up, and looking at a very real person, with real struggles in a new light.

""

""

""

Savor by Shauna Niequist. A great devotional. You read a page a day, so it’s perfect for Mom’s who don’t have a lot of time. It gets you in the word, and she shares real life stories that are relateable. And she peppered the book with delicious recipes- some I have been itching to try.

""

The Best Yes by Lysa TerKeurst. This book gives you permission to say no in a world where everyone is always asking for something. A MUST read for Mom’s who can’t say no. I may have to read it again!

""""

That’s my list of “Mom Books” that are must-reads. What books have you read that encourage and speak to you as a Mom?

Don’t forget to join me on my Get Fit Challenge this week!
