We’re not huge drinkers, but there’s just something about a delicious cocktail. Give me anything grapefruit flavored and I’m a happy lady. All Summer long I’ve been whipping up this refreshing Grapefruit Cocktail for friends {and myself}. It is the easiest cocktail you’ll ever make- because it only takes 2 ingredients!

That’s it! I grabbed the Simple Truth Organic Pink Grapefruit Italian Soda from Kroger (but after making it many times, the Blood Orange flavor is just as good). You can find lots of types of Italian sodas at your local grocery, so feel free to mix it up.

All I did was fill a cute little glass with crushed ice, and pour over a large jigger (1 1/2oz) of vodka- whatever kind you have on hand. Then fill the glass the rest of the way up with the Italian soda.
