{My bestie This Messy Season and I started a series together -Tuesday Top 10. In which we share 10 of our faves from each week. These can be any 10 things that we’ve been loving, and I hope you keep tuning in to see what we come up with next! Some of these products may have been sent to me and these posts may contain affiliate links- thanks so much for helping support my blog and family! }

I missed last week because I shared all about my Brown County Girls Trip Getaway– but since that would technically be a ‘favorites’ post, I’m counting it. My blog, my rules…But, here’s what I’ve been loving this week:

1.) My kitchen refresh- since we’re pretty much finished. I will eventually get all of the photos edited and the post put together to share all of it with you (fingers crossed, this week). It feels so much more like ‘ours’ now instead of someone else’s kitchen. Making a house feel like home is the best part of home ownership!

"kitchen"

2.) Did all my dairy free folks see that Starbucks FINALLY came out with an Almond Milk Bottled Frappuccino? Let the heavens rejoice! There’s 2 flavors- I’ve only tried the mocha. Is it as good as the original? No. But, it curbs that coffee on the go addiction- and it makes me nostalgic for when I was downing those on my way to work as a teenager. So, I’m one happy lady!

3.) Being able to Grill outdoors again is a definite favorite! It’s less kitchen cleanup for me. Gets my Hubby in on the cooking. And why does grilled food just taste SO much better?! We even ate dinner out on our deck last night. This year, I have never been as happy to see warmer weather.

4.) We’re still loving all of the Barbour Books for Boys that we received. They’re all great reads- and if you hurry, will still make an awesome addition to your Easter baskets. Doesn’t Easter seem super late this year?

""

5.) I try to always share what I’m reading or listening to. This past couple of weeks I’ve been hooked on the Sam Philips Station on Pandora. She’s the artist behind all of the ‘La la las’ on Gilmore Girls, and most of the music from the show, actually. It’s a nice, chill station to listen to when I’m working. I’ve been playing it on repeat, when I’m not listening to my record collection like an old Granny.

6.) Netflix shows of the week- If you like funny, weird shows, Santa Clarita Diet Season 3 is out. My Hubby and I have binge-watched every season and it’s good for a laugh. It’s obviously gory, and I wish they’d cut down on the vulgarity. But, if you can get past that it’s one that will have you LOL’ing. If you’re into movies set in the past, we really enjoyed The Highwaymen over the weekend. It’s about the 2 Texas Rangers that hunted down Bonnie and Clyde. It’s slowly paced, but not TOO slow. And it really showed how weird people were, and how obsessed they were with people who were essentially robbers and murderers. I like that it was a much less romanticized version of the couple. And you gotta love Kevin Costner and Woody Harrelson.

7.) The last few are beauty products, because it’s me… My number 1 weekly favorite being this Exfoliate Stick from Red Apple Lipstick. I mentioned on IG that I needed to try it, and they graciously sent me one. I’ve worked with them several times and LOVE all of their products. If you get dry, chapped lips but also love sporting lipstick- you need this product in your life! It helps your lipstick last longer, and it smells minty fresh. And since you’re pretty much eating every product you put on your lips- it’s also not full of chemicals and nasty ingredients.

""

8.) When the weather warms up, I always add a facial mist to my lineup- and this Refreshing Facial Prime and Setting Mist from Giovanni is a hit. I’m using the Fresh Rose Water and Aloe one and it’s nice and gentle, and soothing. It helps my makeup stay put even when I’m getting a little hotter and sweatier. But, it’s also not too heavy. I can use it throughout the day for a pick me up.

9.) My pores are always so noticeable on my nose, but not anymore! The T-Zone Peel-Off Mask from Pixi is the real MVP. I’ve been using it about twice a week, and NO KIDDING, my nose has never been smoother in my life. It really clears out those blackheads and gunk in your t-zone. But, it’s also not too strong or irritating. Really it’s the perfect formula for clearing up that problem area. If you’re thinking about picking up a new mask- GET THIS ONE.

10.) Skincare- this Physicians Formula Vitamin C Stick has been a great addition to my daily routine. Instead of a heavy serum for warmer months, I love that this is in a stick formula so that I can target dry areas. It’s also great for travel because it won’t leak everywhere. Win-win! P.S.- SPF. It’s sunnier, so you need more.
