5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn’t Quit, she helps us assess our weaknesses and identify what makes us quit. Using her tools we can break our cycles of defeat and stick with it until the end. And when our tendency to flee to the familiar in difficult situations kicks in, we can kick that quitting habit.

At the end of each chapter, Nicki gives us a few tips on helping our newly learned habits stick, and then in her “Let’s Be Honest” section she asks us questions that we can answer to help us determine in what areas we need the most help.

She teaches us, through Ruth’s story, how to be the best version of ourselves. How to give other’s what we need, to take cover, and that sometimes that mountain needs another lap (read it and you’ll understand).

By reading her story, I found out I’m not alone. I’m one of many types of quitters. We’re not bad people, or lazy people. We just need that extra motivation, that something extra to push ourselves along, and by incorporating these 5 habits, we’re well on our way.

Nicki is so relateable, because she is right there with us, a fellow quitter, holding our hands and leading us on the path to bettering ourselves and finishing what we start. Her writing is refreshing and real, sincere and encouraging.

If you need a little motivation, that push to succeed, or just some advice on how to get it done (whatever IT is)- go out and pick yourself up a copy of this book. Share it with a friend. Become accountability partners.

Quit quitting, and start finishing.
