Friday<\/strong>: Baked Tilapia and Veggies<\/p>\nI just salt and pepper my frozen tilapia filets, and stick some lemon slices on top and bake for about 20 minutes. Toss some steam-able veggies in the microwave, and you\u2019ve got a quick and easy weeknight meal. My 5 year old even enjoys this meal- WINNING!<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve also decided to commit to doing big Sunday dinners. Yesterday I made a delish Low FODMAP friendly pot roast. I\u2019m trying to start and implement traditions in our new home. What are your favorite Sunday Dinner recipes? I need inspiration!<\/p>\n
