And sometimes I feel like I\u2019m not keeping up.<\/p>\n<p>Should I be working outside of the home?<\/p>\n<p>Should I volunteer more? I know there are so many great opportunities available to me, but at this point in my life I <strong>just<\/strong>.<strong>don\u2019t.have.the.time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Between writing, blogging, being a good (decent) wife, mother, homeschool parent- I just don\u2019t have enough hours in my day. And sometimes I get down on myself about it. I know I shouldn\u2019t, but I do.<\/p>\n<p>As a Christian, I worry I\u2019m not doing enough. Am I working to bring others to His kingdom? Am I using my spiritual gifts?<\/p>\n<p><em> I just don\u2019t know.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>My Husband and I had a conversation about this the other night. And this quote from <em>Mother Teresa<\/em> came out of my mouth, and I have no idea where I saw it. But, it soothed my questioning soul.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIf you want to change the world, go home and love your family.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Maybe<\/em> I was created for a purpose such as this. <em>Maybe<\/em> <strong>THIS<\/strong> is me using my gifts. God gave me this specific child, with a unique set of gifts, that I\u00a0get to raise. He gave me this Husband to love and support. So, I\u2019m going to stop taking it all for granted, and I\u2019m going to do just this.<\/p>\n<p>This time in my life, I feel like it\u2019s meant for me to be at home- loving my family.<\/p>\n<p>But, if that\u2019s not what you feel like <em>your purpose<\/em> is at this moment- that\u2019s OKAY! Don\u2019t get down on yourself. Don\u2019t let judgement from others sway you. Maybe you\u2019re EXACTLY where YOU\u2019RE supposed to be.<\/p>\n<p>I stopped in the middle of Spring cleaning my house to write this post- because I just felt like I NEEDED to share it. <strong>Maybe just so I could read it<\/strong>.
