I want to start out by saying this post is in no way sponsored by any of these companies. These products were all purchased with my own money, and each of them are a part of my hair care routine, depending on how I am fixing my hair that particular day.

I’ve had a few people ask what my favorite hair products are- and that’s hard for me to choose, because I change up my hair routine quite frequently. But, I thought I’d share with you what’s currently on my bathroom shelf.

Right now I’m using this Pacifica Coconut Power Strong and Long Healing Shampoo and Conditioner. It smells awesome, and my hair is at the absolute longest it has been in ages, so I needed a good shampoo for length. It’s a little runny, so I go through it pretty quickly, but I’m okay with it. It’s gentle on my sensitive skin, and my hair has been looking pretty good if I do say so myself. The only other downer is that it’s an Ulta exclusive product, and we don’t have an Ulta- but we’re getting one next fall. Woot woot! I ordered mine online and was super frustrated because my products were leaking. But, I emailed Ulta’s customer service and they re-shipped all of my faulty products. Just wanted to give them a little shoutout for being so customer friendly!

This Best Day Ever Style Extend Balm is my new go-to product. If I’m going to blow-dry my hair, this is a must. It shortens my dry time, makes my hair so super smooth, and it feels so silky afterwards. I use it sometimes when I let my hair air-dry as well…if I don’t use the Native Flower Hair Oil. A lot of days- especially when my hair is feeling dull or dry, I run this oil through my hair after showering. I occasionally use it to tame frizz as well. I love how natural it smells, and that it leaves my hair soft and silky, but not greasy like a lot of hair oils.

The Dragon Tamer Invisible Anti-Frizz Serum also works well on taming frizz on these humid days we’ve been having. I don’t use it as often as the oil, because I hate the packaging. When you try to get it out of the bottle, it pours straight into your hand so quickly that I always end up wasting a lot of product. I wish it was in the same bottle as the oil, because I would reach for it much more often. It still does the job though, if you’re on the market for a frizz taming product- but, I probably won’t re-purchase it because of the packaging.

This Ginger Root Hair Volumizing Spray is a great natural alternative to conventional volumizers. I used to love Guts by Redken, but it absolutely tears up my skin. This stuff is so gentle and smells like cotton candy-yum! If my hair was thinner/shorter I would probably use this every time I styled my hair, but for right now it’s just an occasional product that I grab when I want my hair to have a little more ‘oomph’. If I cut my hair, I’ll use it all the time.

I have been on the lookout for a great hair mask for a while now. I purchased this Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque a couple of weeks ago. It smells great, makes my hair feel amazing, and is a great natural hair treatment. But, I have noticed that it irritates my sensitive hands if I use it too often. It probably has something to do with whatever it is scented with. I probably won’t repurchase since it irritates my skin, but since I like the mask, I’ll definitely be looking into some of Shea Moisture’s other options!
