I haven’t had a ton of time to do a lot of crafting- a 7 month old keeps me pretty busy, but I don’t mind because he’s adorable. But here’s a few crafty things I have been up to this past week…
I found this cute little sign in the 50 cent section at Wally World. It didn’t have the embellishment, so I thought I’d cute it up a little bit…
I got a bag of leaves at the $ Tree, strung them together with some thread and hot glued them in place. I had some fabric yo-yo’s laying around, so I stuck one in the middle and put on a little diamond- who doesn’t love a little bling?! Overall a VERY inexpensive, yet cute craft for my little hallway console table area.
Ignore the mail, it’s outta control!
And did you notice that cute little cream colored pumpkin I found at the $ Tree- again, seriously my fave store!
I also threw together a weird little Halloweenish ribbon wreath.
I got the green wreath form at the $ Tree and wrapped black, orange, and cream colored ribbon around it. Then I took some black ribbon and wrapper it all around so it looks like a spider web. All I need now is to find a little furry spider to clip on there- I’ll post some pics when I find one!
I also just started knitting myself a fall colored scarf, it’s not very far along, but here’s a sneak peek…
Other than that, just adding little fall touches around the house and trying to find more pumpkin flavored things to consume before fall is over!
(See how boring the walls in my kitchen are? That’s why I want to paint them!)
