Today I want to share with you Olivella, a complete body and skin care line made from 100% virgin Olive Oil in Italy. They offer a wide range of products for the entire family, they even have a baby line. They sent me a whole line of products to try.
The first product I tried was their Liquid Soap. It is formulated for both the face and body and is rich in Olive Oil and vitamins. It has a light scent, but is still safe for sensitive skin.
It was pretty gentle on my sensitive skin, and the apricot smell was nice. It works great as both a body wash and a facial cleanser. I will say, if you have super sensitive skin, use ANY soap based products with caution as they can be drying. But, overall I liked this cleanser, as it was pretty moisturizing thanks to that wonderful olive oil.
Their Face and Body Bar is great if you prefer to use bar soap. My husband completely took it over, and he really liked it. He said it made his skin feel smooth and clean, and wasn’t drying like most bar soaps.
They also sent me some Baby Bar Soap, which is a great bar soap for your little ones. It’s fragrance free and the double refined olive oil is super gentle on baby’s sensitive skin.
Along with the soap, they also make Baby Oil Essence, which is super moisturizing on your little one’s skin. And it’s gentle enough to be used between every diaper change. As a mother to a little one with super sensitive, dry skin, this is important.
For pregnant or new Mom’s they have Anti-Stretch Mark Cream. My son may be 3, but I still tried it. I loved the scent and how smoothing it was. I wish I would’ve had it when I was pregnant, and then maybe I wouldn’t have these stretch marks to begin with.
Their Body Lotion is super light and refreshing. A non-greasy formula with a light scent, highly nourishing,
emollient, moisturizing and elasticizing, with no dyes or synthetic substances<— I took that sentence straight from their site, and it’s all true! Super smooth and light, perfect for a quick dry skin pick me up.
On top of all of that I got to try samples of their Anti-Wrinkle Cream, Hand Cream, Moisturizer Cream, Nourishment Cream, and Contour Eye Cream. I LOVED all of these, especially the Nourishment cream, which really soothed my skin after a long day in the sun. It was my absolute favorite product, and I use it any time my skin needs a pick me up, when it’s feeling super dull or dry.
They have a huge selection or products; for Lips, Hair, Skin, Face, Baby- and you can’t argue with a company that’s been around for more than 3 generations.
