Christmas Wall Hangings : Inexpensive Holiday Decor- Mrs. Bishop

So, I wanted somethings cute, inexpensive, and festive for my huge (still unpainted) kitchen wall. I’ve seen all kinds of ideas on pinterest and in blogger land, but I kind of wanted something smaller and simpler. I have a baby, and let’s face it, not as much time as I would like to craft. So here’s what I came up with. There’s no tutorials, as they’re pretty simple.

They’re just empty picture frames, with bows at the top. I then used ribbon to tie on the decorations.

This one is just small ornaments that I got for like $1 for the whole tube. A little ribbon, tied to the frame, and covered with the bow. I hung them with command hooks, so they will be easily removed from the wall. The frames are a brushed silver color. I thought about painting them, but I liked the effect. They are from the $ tree, as well as the ribbon I used and the bow.

Here’s the other frame. I just used ribbon to tie the letter in the middle. I am obsessed with monograms, so why not? If you would like to know how I made the letter, I will be guest posting at Sugar Bee Crafts on Thursday. So, go on over and see the tutorial!

I think I need a few more, to make a gallery wall of sorts, with the frames turned different directions. In the end, they were a super simple, fun Christmas wall hanging to add to the rest of my Holiday decor. I will share some more of my decor in upcoming posts! Thanks for stopping by!
