I’m a self-proclaimed night owl, so I figured now would be the best time to post while the hubby is off comfortably snoozing in our bed….
So, it’s my second day of clomid with no strange side effects…YAY! I was a little worried, never having taken any medication like this. I am so hopeful for this cycle. I know a lot of women don’t conceive on their first cycle, but “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!” I’ve been pregnant once on my own, so I know in my heart that it can happen again. We want a baby more than anything, and I can’t wait!
Still knitting…working on a scarf for my mom in law- a “Colt’s blue scarf”, in her words. And, also the second dishrag for my Mam. It should be finished by tomorrow. I can’t believe how much I enjoy knitting…I may have found a hobby that I love as much as scrapbooking- which I haven’t done much of lately because my digital camera is on the fritz.
Very excited about Saturday. My mom, some ladies from church, and I are going to the Chocolate Walk. It’s in little Nashville, IN and it’s a fundraiser for their humane society. 30+ businesses participate and they hand out chocolate from each business. All you have to pay for is the ticket to go for the day which is only $15. Also, a percentage of the purchases from that day go to the animals. I went last year, and it’s a good time, and it’s also helping out someone else.
That’s about all I have planned so far for the weekend….I take the last of my clomid on Sunday- then it’s on to OPK’s… wish me luck!!!
