Plant Makeup: Sensitive Skin Beauty Brand Feature- Mrs. Bishop

*Disclaimer- **I received these products in exchange for an honest review: all opinions are my own**

If you’re on the lookout for the most natural makeup you can find- look no further than Plant Makeup! Made with organic, local ingredients, small batch and eco-friendly, this is truly the most pure makeup you can find.

I had the opportunity to try out a few of their products and they were beyond gentle on my super sensitive skin. They aren’t going to be as vibrant on your skin as conventional makeup formulas because the ingredients are so natural- but especially on my reactive days, it gives me the perfect slight glow that I need.

flower-music-mist

The Flower Music Mist is a great addition to my daily skincare regimen. Infused with flower blossoms and pH balancing, you can’t really get a more pleasant toner for your skin. It can be used all over your body where you experience breakouts. And I really love the smell- some toners just plain stink- but not this! I’ve been using it every day.

hibiscus-blushI shared this Hibiscus Blush Powder with you earlier in my Fall Favorites post. It’s a very natural, subtle shade and it gives me just the lightest flush of color that I need when I’m rocking a bolder lip or eye look. And again, so very gentle on my skin when it has just had it with heavy makeup.

cocoa-lipstick

Is the packaging on this Cocoa Lipstick not the cutest ever? It gives the slightest color to your lips- perfect for Fall. And bonus: it tastes like chocolate! It can also be used as a natural bronzer and is even safe for use as an eyeshadow primer- gotta love a multi-use product!

flowerlipsThis Flower Lips Tint gives a light, deep berry color to your lips and keeps them so soft and shiny. I’ve been wearing this under all of my lipsticks and have even used it on my cheekbones as a highlight since it’s so shiny. And like the other lip products- it tastes great!

hibiscus-lip-stainI love a good lip stain! This Hibiscus Lip Stain took me a little while to get used to, but now I am loving it. Whether I want to use it alone to just give my lips a hint of color, or on top of lipstick for a nice mattifying effect. It has become another one of my favorites.

plant-makeup-1

I had never tried such a pure and natural makeup line before, so it took a bit of getting used to. But, I am really loving it now. Some days heavy makeup can be overwhelming to my super sensitive skin, so these products are a welcome addition to my makeup drawer. If you’re looking to try more gentle and organic products definitely give Plant Makeup a try. You may be pleasantly surprised. And my already Boho Hippie Chic friends- pick up some for your makeup bags as well!
