Boho Chic Cosmetics

I have to tell you about an amazing green beauty brand that I’ve recently discovered that is natural, vegan, cruelty free, handmade in small batches- and best of all, AFFORDABLE. Not a term I get to use often in the Green Beauty space!

Boho Chic Cosmetics  makes beautiful products for your lips, eyes, and face, that are safe for use on even the most sensitive of skin. The sweet founder, Yeiza, sent me over some of their products to try and I am HOOKED.

Her Parisian Macarons Lip and Cheek Collection was the first product I knew I had to get my hands on. First, I am obsessed with all things Paris. Second, I am a skeptic when it comes to cream products. But, the Strawberry Macaron completely blew my mind.

It has gorgeous pigmentation, and it’s the perfect pop of pink on my cheeks when I don’t have a lot of time. It has been on repeat all Spring, and I know it’ll continue to be worn again and again this summer. It gives me gorgeous color, doesn’t wipe off when I’m sweaty, and stays in place all day. It has made me a cream product covert. Best of all: it’s multi-use, for both lips and cheeks. And it’ll only run you $10!

Boho Chic’s Eyeshadows have also become a favorite. At only $3-$4 (are you kidding me?!) you’ll be able to stock up on all of your favorites. Tulips has become my Springtime Bestie (you can check out a swatch and me drooling over it in my Spring Favorites video). It’s a pretty, light pink that will have you upping your Spring Makeup game. Even worn by itself, it’s a winner.

I also picked up Blue Hydrangea for a mermaidy-lagoon type of feel. It is such a fun color, and I have been playing with it for all kinds of fun looks. I’ve even paired it with the Tulips in a look reminiscent to one I wore waaay back in the day, but loved. Sea Turtle and Reef are going on my must-have list for Fall!

Last but not least, the Setting Powder has been a savior on my T-Zone for these warmer days. Finding a powder that doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin isn’t always easy- so I’m SO glad to have found this one. It’s super light and gentle, and has a faint lavender fragrance that I just can’t be mad at.

Overall I’ve fallen for Boho Chic and I’m never going back. When you find an affordable, sensitive skin friendly, green product, you gotta hold on for dear life! I cannot wait to see what she comes out with in the future!
