Tuesday Top 10 #16 – Mrs. Bishop

{My bestie This Messy Season and I started a series together -Tuesday Top 10. In which we share 10 of our favorites from each week. These can be any 10 things that we’ve been loving, and I hope you keep tuning in to see what we come up with next! Some of these products may have been sent to me and these posts may contain affiliate links- thanks so much for helping support my blog and family! }

Back to School yesterday has me absolutely exhausted- but, the show must go on! So, I’m back with a few things that I’m crushing on this week.

You know I have to give a shoutout to my new outfits from Love, Kuza. I’m always impressed with the quality and originality of their designs. But, this week I’m especially in love. GUYS- I got my very first romper. Here’s what I had to say about in on IG: “Dear rompers, I’m sorry for everything bad I ever said about you! You are so comfortable and sassy and fun that I forgive the fact I have to get nearly naked to go to the restroom.”

denim romper

This was a great option for my 5’1″ frame! Most rompers are NOT for short girls and this one totally was. Also, I kinda love the denim look. Who even am I? {Maybe embracing that homeschooler/denim jumper stereotype a little too much?! Hahahaha- but, I digress…}

polka dot black and yellow sleeveless dress

And this polka dot dress was the perfect, lightweight, throwback, mod-feeling ensemble that I needed to add to my date night repertoire. So fresh and fun- and best of all, comfortable!

I just finished The Peacock Emporium last night. Jojo Moyes has a way of writing that just tugs so hard at your heart strings. She writes characters, that even if you can’t identify with them, you still feel for them. This book was no exception. Not my favorite of hers, but still good. {Would you like more reviews of the books I’ve read so far this year?!}

Homeschool

tea time

We added ‘tea time’ to our homeschool this year. This basically means that we read, do art, listen to music, etc while we have tea and a snack. We also just get to chat together- and I find it’s a nice way to spend our afternoons. When I asked Steven what his favorite part of his first day of school was this year- he said, “tea time!” So, it’s definitely a keeper.

homeschool printable

If you homeschool like us- I also made some FREE printables you can add to your classroom. Of course they’re a favorite: I made them!

Fall is so close I can taste it!

Fall scented candles are back and that’s pretty much my favorite thing, ever! I’m stocking up on the Glade Pumpkin Spice ones for all over my house. And TJ Maxx always has a great selection to choose from. Does anyone else keep their house cleaner when it smells like Fall?! It motivates me to tidy up. I’ve also been spraying the Mrs. Meyers Apple Cider Multi Surface Cleaner on EVERYTHING, which also helps. I *may* have also purchased the hand soap. I’m addicted…

Was that 10 things? Probably not- but we have a crazy busy few weeks ahead and I may not be able to share for a while, so I had to sneak in a favorites post for this week.

Keeping my eye on the prize at the end of this crazy busy-ness: did you see that Starbucks announced that they’re bringing the PSL back on the 27th?! I don’t even care if that makes me sound basic- I can’t wait!

What have you been loving lately?
