I am starting to become a lipstick addict! With so many great brands and amazing formulas to choose from, it’s SO hard to pick just one! Today I’m going to share with you some lipsticks that I am d.y.i.n.g. to try- please let me know your favorites so I can decide which ones to purchase.
‘Fundamental’ by Axiology is the perfect ruby-pink for summer, with a rose gold undertone…which I am obsessed with. Also have you seen their packaging? TO DIE FOR! They have so many colors that I really want to try, but this one is at the top of my list! (They JUST released their summer line too!)
‘Calypso’ from 100% Pure is a beautiful deep berry shade. It would be great for a summer date night, and would transition nicely to fall. I’ve heard great things about their formulas, and they’re pigmented with fruit, so no yucky fillers and artificial colorants.
I have been on the lookout for a great matte hot pink for summer. When I saw this color ‘Electric Orchid’ from Aromi, I knew it was going on my must-try list! I mean…HOT PINK!
If you’re looking for a lighter but still electric pink, check out ‘Panther New’ from MDM Flow. The ingredients aren’t the greatest, but the color is flawless!
Y’all know I LOVE Dusty Girls and their products, and I am loving this red ‘Goji Berry’. It’s a nice blue-based red that will keep your teeth looking whiter, and your smile brighter.
When I saw these Lotus Wei infused Modern Minerals glosses in the Beauty Heroes box last month, I was intrigued. I am loving ‘Padparadscha’- a coral pink/red with a gold shimmer. It reminds me of those glosses that I carried everywhere with me waaay back in middle school, but a much more grown up version.
You’ve gotta love a good lip crayon- especially for busy summer days when you want just a little extra color on the go. I love all of these colors from Jane Iredale. There are 7 shades to choose from and they are all great for summer!
So, that concludes my current summer lipstick crushes…I could keep going, but these are definitely my top picks. My birthday is Friday (hint hint)- I definitely would not mind getting a few of these!
