Holiday Fun with Jingle Rails

This weekend we were invited to the opening of the Jingle Rails exhibit at the Eiteljorg Museum in Indianapolis. Last year was our first year viewing the exhibit, and our train loving tot was enthralled. This year we surprised him by taking him again, and he was just as in awe this year. He probably could have spent all day watching all of the miniature trains running through different landscapes. My Hubby and I both enjoyed it as well.

The tiny buildings are so detailed. It’s so neat to see the trains maneuvering through the landscapes.

It is located in Indianapolis, so of course they had to represent.

This miniature Vegas is always one of my favorites.
And the detail on this Mount Rushmore is insane!

The newest addition this year- Hollywood was also another favorite.jinglerails2017-12

jinglerails2017-9If you’re local, definitely bring your family to this exhibit this Holiday season. But, don’t wait- it only runs through January 15th!

That is such an elaborately decorated train environment! That looks like such a fun place to visit, my son loved trains when he was younger! We visited our local train museum quite a bit. 🙂

My son would love this. He loves places with mini train stations. He would literally stare at this for hours I think.
